I've been diggin' this new mash-up between styles lately. I think they really work well together when done right. The two fused brings on a whole new light to both sounds and I'd love to see more of this in the future. Nice n refreshing to my ears.
I run the breaks label Downbeat. We're mainly tearout style breakbeat, but are now going to be releasing some serious sounding dubstep as well. We have a few dub tunes already out there from Eskmo / Guerilla Tech & Backdraft with more on the way soon.
check this new breaks tune that has just come out. It's a perfect example of how to go from dubstep to breaks. The producers put a short dubstep section right after the breakdown for a quick fader trick, then in comes the breaks. Soundcloud
