Anything by Mt. Eden really.
Sure his production is quite beautiful but
...it's the stuff for the mainstream Jack Wills gang who march into youtube...
...type 'Dubstep' into the search...
...listen to Seirra Leon or w/e...
...go 'Yeah, Dubstep, Mt. Eden, Yeah!'...
...and the next minute claim their dubheads because they've heard one mainstream pitiful track.

Ok... rant over. :i:

I assume that he means the sample used in Sierra Leone which in any case isn't their original work, and is only a sample.

Why noone likes Sweet Shop? I like the tune...
The worst tunes I heard LIVE were:

Doctor P - Gargoyle
Emalkay - When I look at you
Far East Movement - Like a G6 (Eyes Remix)

I bet Gargoyle is the stupidest tune ever made...

P.S. <3 Datsik's remix on MGMT!!!

im surprised that someone into sweet shop doesn't like when I look at you. Still think that is a great tune and i am not into the brostep at all anymore. Heard I warned ya the other night. that was terrible.
Unfortunately since the thread was started there seems to be tunes that I hear out that I wish I hadn't a lot more often

Is "When I Look At You" considered brostep then? I know it has some mid-range, but the sub on that track is big! The other track "Angie Got Stoned" is sick too, to me, sounds like something that could be released on a label like Hotflush. The only Dub Police release I really rate.

When I Look At You is a big tune regardless still.

Have to admit I enjoyed Sweet Shop and Wheres My Money when they first came out (SORRY)

Now I can safely say Bass Cannon is the tune i really really wish I hadnt heard. Although Slumdogz played a shed load of tracks I wish I could unhear at a night I was playing.

Yeah I agree it is kind of one that is on the edge. Guess it depends what you think of as brostep. I think just coz it is tear out I kind of think of it that way but your right the sub on it is huge. Tbh Emalkay always seems to have heavy sub bass on his tracks :Q:
never heard 'angie got stoned'. Will have to give it a listen
