Warning - investments can go down as well as up.
Free market, if you have the cash and it's worth it in your opinion, fair enough. But you're deluded if you think it's a long term investment.
However limited, it all depends on demand. If there's no demand, your record's worth nowt.
Lesson learned from painful personal experience!

i recently paid a bill for dmz007 from rooted. its the most i've ever spent on a record tbh. i got a bonus at work in march so i thought id treat myself. i own warrior dubz but the quality of the 33rpm press of anti war dub can't compete with the full weighty dmz press. thats without even getting started on haunted...
by the way im sure mala said on a rbma interview that there were only 500 pressed and there was no plans for a repress, might have my numbers wrong there though, may have been a thousand?

Something is worth whatever someone else is willing to pay for it. If someone pays £100 for that tune and comes away with a smile on their face then its worth it...

and yet both are full of shit so that leaves us equal
unless you can honestly hear the difference or have a waveform diagram of both to prove it don't make bullshit statements

i bought la roux when it first came out on polydor. SOld it at 45 pounds, tidy profit then with the proceeds bought anti war dub at 80, so i actually spent around 40 pounds for it. Worth every penny, timeless vinyl.
