It's going to be hard no matter what, but you have the power to choose what you do with the pain. You can bum yourself out and become self-destructive, or you can channel it into music (assuming most of us here are musicians) and possibly create something awesome. This could also potentially distract your mind for a moment and give you some general motivation.

Just mix. Had a shit break up a while back and whenever I got really miserable I just went for my decks, doing music changes the way your brainwaves work and you forget the shit that's going on.

See your mates loads as well that does no end of good, so does a night out. Ontop of that, go watch that god is in the neurons thread somewhere, explains stuff.

I broke up with my missus at Easter, it was a wonderful feeling.

Yeah man i get you, I started on an ok wee beat today to eat the hours instead of festering wondering what could have been.
Its just a tnuc, we had been together 5 years, I thought things were going ok too.. I really love her, but i guess that means fuck all if its not mutual. I had plans for the future all of them including her, now i'm in a bit of a rut.

Fuck it Outlook in a couple of weeks, she has decided she's not going now so i've got an apartment to my self for a week (or hopefully not).

Seriously though, just keep your head up as simple as that sounds. Keep looking forward and be thankful for what you have. Health, friends, family, shit even a sunny day or something. Life comes in chunks, just make sure each chunk was better than the last and everything will be awesome.

On a side note, go fucking crazy at Outlook for me! I will be here in SoCal stuck with a bunch of e-tard brosteppas moshing and screaming in my ear.
