oh. instead of using Env4 why not use the performer (assuming your not going to use that lfo8)
or use the macro and you can draw it in on your daw.

so how do I assign that macro to move the blue 4 slider on the dial? where do I need to drag the macro?

The blue line indicates the values which are being changed by env4 , instead of a blue line put in a yellow line. By dragging the macro over where the 4 was and replacing it. Now the 4env wont be effecting it and you can now do that automation by hand. i dont think i can help anymore then that. The performer in massive would yield better results in my opinion.sorry

hi
I wonder if someone can tell me how to get massive into cubase VST. I can get the standalone to work perfectly after deleting the NIMassiveDataBase file but now cannot figure out where it is in cubase 5. cant find it in the vst plugins folder even though thwe installer says that it was installed sucessfully.What do i need to do or where have i gone wrong????. cheers.

Firstly, you need to buy the software and not post on the forum about the fact you have blatantly cracked the software!!

Secondly, during the installation you need to ensure that the Massive VST is installed into Cubase's VSt plug-ins folder, which can be found under Program Files/Stienberg/Cubase 6 (or whatever version of Cubase you have)/VST Plugins. If the plugin is installed to the correct folder then Cubase will automatically detect it and place it in the VST instrumets panel (shortcut f11) next time you open Cubase.

I posted this in the NI Massive forum a few days ago but it's kinda dead over there.
My problem is that I just did the batch convert from .ksd to .nmsv after I got the latest update but now all of my presets have doubled but 1 is greyed out and can't be used anyways. Is there an easy way to get rid of the greyed out ones (there are over 4000 in total) so I can keep it all organised?
Also I just notice that I have several presets which it has 2 copies that can be used and 1 greyed out version. I can't even select the greyed out presets because they are unavailable so I can't select and delete.
