Besides all the obvious stuff (bandwagons, elitism, same drums for everything, etc) I'd say how long you have to wait from hearing a song in a mix or something to when you can actually buy a copy. Well it doesn't disturb me it just pisses me off.

Well I've yet to hear either of those on the radio maybe if I have my perspective would be different I quite enjoy "I Need Air"

to be honest before i found out about soundcloud all i listen to was big name artist on vinyl or in a shop!
and when myspace was around i never payed attention to the up n comers because they would spam me so much

there are so much good music on soundcloud and so much up n coming talent out there too.

What disturbs me most is people who have nothing better to do than bitch and moan about what they don't like about this music and scene!! This, as much as I hate the stereotypical students on badly processed drugs and cheap alcohol, spilling drink on my brand new kicks and bumping into me, I mean REALLY hate.. At least they're having fun.

A friend played a show to a room of what I call "true steppers" you know, the guys and girls who've been there since day dot at dances...They just kinda stood there and waited for him to slip up mixing or drop a popular tune and chuckled to themselfs.


Granted, thats usually me in the dance (as well as punching students for dustying up my trainers) but a room full of "me's" would be absolutely awful.

We need the annoying stnuc and battyman students who actually dance and not just sway to the music.

I take it you've played to a pack out room with hardly anyone dancing cause they're to far up their own arses to enjoy themselfs incase anyone sees them showing an inch of enjoyment, too! hahahahaha

I don't think I am disturbed by anything tbh but I am a bit disappointed with dubstep right now. I mean there is still enough out there that I like to fill my crate for a show but most people at least in my area, aren't interested in hearing it. So dubstep blew up bigtime but not much has changed for me personally because the like I say the stuff I play now isn't anymore popular than the stuff I was playing in 06 when no one heard of the genre. And here is where I could go on a huge hatar rant but I won't, I'll just say that dubstep went from a genre where I liked almost everything that came out to now where I find a couple tunes a week I can hang with. Maybe I am just getting too old for this shit.

the most disturbing thing about dubstep is apparenty you'll get punched in the face for accidentally dustying someone's trainers... nice vibe.
