nice one mate, glad you had a good time. I wasn't at that media/industry event.clifford_- wrote:good vibes for the dnb night with spy a few weeks back. doubt ill reach this one, althought its a possibilty seeing as i live so close. i was at the media and music industry launch thing with the champers, that was a wicked night, tryed having a word about some deeper acts, but I think my words fell on deaf ears
Big ups that its for charity. much respect for that. good luck.

So why would you not come for the dubstep night? Youre on a dubstep forum, so i assume you listen to dubstep, its round the corner from you, makes no sense for you not to be supporting your local scene.

You may think so, but some might not. I like a lot of the deeper stuff tbh mate, and im generally not into screaming synths etc, but you gotta put on what you think people will come and see.string wrote:its just a really shit dubstep lineup
Yeah, thats fair enough, the kingston guys do vary it up quite a bit too tho, the seem to have their fingers on the pulse with whats going on.clifford_- wrote:I may do, its just not my kinda dubstep really.Rotation Events wrote:nice one mate, glad you had a good time. I like it a little bit deeper.
But I do try and support my local scene, especially kingston and the banquet records crew.
Yea thats fair, strange really because i prefer jump up dnb rather than die etc. im more hazard than s.p.yRotation Events wrote:Yeah, thats fair enough, the kingston guys do vary it up quite a bit too tho, the seem to have their fingers on the pulse with whats going on.clifford_- wrote:I may do, its just not my kinda dubstep really.Rotation Events wrote:nice one mate, glad you had a good time. Like i previously said, i like it deeper too, but gotta build it up a bit 1st, just like we did with the dnb stuff.
well i'll definately come down if some deeper/interesting producers are on a lineupRotation Events wrote:You may think so, but some might not. We'll be doing some more varied line ups once we build up a nice little following who we can play with a bit.
