It's probably Burial, although I doubt it will be him in the studio. I believe Kode9 will be spinning Burial's new tunes and remixes. Although It would be amazing to also have him (Burial) in the studio as well for a short interview live on the show.mercutio wrote:I really think it could be Burial.
There are effectively no artists bigger than Skream, Digital Mystikz and Joker in the scene and the only one who is so shrouded in mystery is Burial.
It does seem too good to be true though.

My money is on Kode 9 with some kind of Burial feature, like you and others have said there's no one bigger, that I can think of, who hasn't/would have appeared that could do it.dopocc wrote:It's probably Burial, although I doubt it will be him in the studio. Like mentioned above, none bigger from the UK, so if Skream, Mystikz, Shack & Joker are already featured, my guess is Kode&Burial.
Unless it's somebody from LA (FlyLo or Gaslamp & Gonjasufi) which I doubt.

that would also be V E R Y interesting although I think I prefer the Burial possibility.
Can't think of anything else really.. Any other Ideas?
Peace
I wouldn't be disappointed with the LA crew for a final show, imagine a Brainfeeder special:cb8051 wrote:My money is on Kode 9 with some kind of Burial feature, like you and others have said there's no one bigger, that I can think of, who hasn't/would have appeared that could do it.dopocc wrote:

Frankly I'd be disappointed if it was one of the LA gang doing the final show.
I don't see why Mary Anne would say in the recent shows 'special guest' rather than 'special guests' if there was more than one person doing the final show. Might as well have just said 'guests' from the beginning.

Although I really doubt it.
Also I believe that the plural gives away too much. IMO *Special Mystery Guest* brings more anticipation.
We'll have to wait & see (listen)

Man, if it is the LA lot doing some big thing, I think I'll be quite disappointed. Like... Big respect to the LA beat scene and all that, I'm well into it, but judging the guests leading up to this "mystery guest" It would just be out of place and tbh, not that epic. The only people that I can think of who would top the list of guests so far and rightly earn the superawesomemegaamazing "mystery guest" status is Burial...... or Kode9 or as someone said, some sort of Burial feature or something, I'll be sorely disappointed if its anything less than that hahahaha, as harsh as that sounds. Sure it'll still be a big show though. All the others are looking sick too.

I think it'll be.........APHEX TWIN
She has said numerous times over the years how she's been begging him to do a mix and he keeps promising to. I reckon she'll have got him in for it considering it's her last ever show and his last chance to actually do it
let's see........
why not...gender wrote:£1 bet on burial
