I thought it was a quality mix. Just because it wasn't jam packed with beat beat matching doesn't mean it wasn't a mix. Excellent selection which is exactly what I expected.
That Zomby tune is lush, old EL-B tune was the highlight.

Oh and the mix was excellent, so no complaints there.
AND A KODE9 ALBUM
should be sick.
people need to stop bitchin and enjoy.
Respect to MAH, Burial and Nine

There’s no tracklisting for their mix [scrap that, Kode9 just put one on Twitter] but elsewhere in the show Hobbs plays a mixture of new and classic material from Vex’d, Claro Intelecto, new LuckyMe signing Jacques Greene, Ikonika and more.

Enjoyed the Burial & Kode 9 mix, especially the new Darkstar and Zomby material and the Foul Play / Gerald bits at the end.
Best track of the whole show was the Ms Dynamite one MAH ended with though. What a tune!
Edit: Also that Prodigy remix of Method Man brought back good memories. I use to cane that track back in my student days.

The new Zomby tune alone made it worth it for me. Short mix but what it lacks in length it makes up for in quality

That's by Braiden. Forthcoming on Joy Orbison's label, Doldrums.

Does he feel the mix was underappreciated perhaps? He should read through some of these threads, I was under the impression most people, including myself, weren't the least bit dissapointed let alone angry about it.

Personally i thought it was very humble of kode9 and burial to play none of thier own tunes in that mix. I had to check the tracklistings after to see what tunes they where playing as i thought i heard some new burial stuff there but was shocked to see none! (but in a good way)
the show itself too was very emotional too i thought.. ive listened to mary anne for years though and thought she did a fucking good job for what is a very hard show to broadcast.
anyone know about those el-b tunes though? they really old? could i get a copy of them??

It's El-B's remixes of Brandy. They came out on white label.
