Also if 'sigils' wroked no one would ever have a real skiving sick day
Corporations use sigils in forms of logos to get into people's subconscious and mold them into the ultimate consumer. The subconscious is extremely powerful and is more in control of things than we give it credit for and these days it's really under attack from all sorts of places. Basically what it means is if you don't use it for yourself, someone else will use it against you.

lol for a "forum" this place sure is full of people fairly unwilling to discuss. Put a point across sure, but discuss, nah.
Edit: Late notice of the inherent irony in the above statement.

everything about ritual magick is based on predictable, replicable results. light the candles, chant the chants, and see what happens.
from wiki: Within a given mystical school, or path, it is much more likely for the mystical approach to be seen as a divine science, because of the direct, replicable elevation of consciousness the mystical approach can offer to anyone, regardless of previous spiritual or religious training.

this is awesome!
isn't this a good explanation for occult symbology etc in media?
and, as an example, 9/11 symbology in films?

Fair comment man, but situations like this are the equivalent of people insisting mt eden make good dubstep etc - people [on here] wouldn't want to tolerate discussion, much like I think this new age wave of mt eden science needs putting out of it's misery before too many suckahs fall for it. Can't blame people for not being interested in science and being charmed by selfish tosh like this that promises something-for-nothing. Years ago came the concern that the sheer bollocks of 'scientology' could be the next big thing to hit earth, purely because Hollywood influential characters were endorsing it. Gladly it failed, but if these people on this forum were constantly going on about 'scientology' surely all would just LOL it away... So what if a bunch of hardcore recluses have spent the last 4 years on this forum recycling the same fucking stale croutons, insisting people are stupid for not buying into it, when logically, they're the complete opposite. Y'all been going on about the same shit for time, still no proof (which tbh isn't paramount) BUT STILL NO ORIGINAL FUCKING THOUGHT! YOU TOILET DWELLING SKIDMARK DRONES
Seriously though, some of y'all think ya have the right to be as petty to complain when some 'hipster' calls dubstep 'dub' - based on what? You know more about dubstep? Why can't I use my scientific knowledge to negate this unscientific drivel? I shouldn't be deemed ignorant or up my own arse for such a basic action.
