blackdown you're a don - how many journalists at the heart of a burgeoning new music scene can say they produce and release records themselves too?

Thanks god we don't have to use iTunes no more. Very nice read, thanks blackdown, but next time without useless gimmicks (iTunes PDF... how fucked up is this?!).

Yes Blackdown!

Wicked article, the first proper one I've read about the scene (more me being too busy to find them)

Got me properly excited about being a part of all this! Their ethos is locked as well man.

Dunno about the birth of poly thing, I'd call Tempa allstars 1 side A poly but in break terms.

The only issue I have with Bury The Bwoy (a tune I love) is the negative sample, this is not the vibe the scene needs and if we go down this road I'm worried we'll have another Jungle/Speed Garage on out hands (Gangster refs, gunshots etc) then man licking gunshot in the club :o

Big ups on the re-up people!

Gret piece.

I was very surprised to see myself centre shot beaming with happiness and staring straight at the camera in the crowd shot from DMZ.

It's almost scary.
