it's freezing ass cold here

light flurries this morning, but not enough to stick

Im walking up that bad boy in the distance tomorrow.

its taken my dad from 2pm until 7pm to get to wallington from croydon. croydon got hit hard so i hear!! kingston and hampton court were fine. had to spend all day working on a roof with ice basically blowing in my face. not cool.

3 fucking hours to get home from work, there is no way in hell I am going to work 2moro, snow/my manager can suck a fat one

Took me an extra 10mins to get home yesterday and was 15 minutes late today............Snow will not defeat me!! tnuc.

Fucking gutted cos I now live so close to work I have no excuse for not coming in.

Started at 8 this morning an all I heard for an hour was a manager taking call after call from staff giving their valid/not so valid reasons for not bein able to make it in. Bastards!

But plans to go sledging and at the weekend so it had better still be like this or i'll be double gutted.

Nah, its not as bad here as further up north of Scotland.

Usually just pisses down most months of the year.

Hence when it snows, we moan like fuck then get all excited and go sledgin!

Well the Metro shows -11 up in the highlands and -3 here so can't complain.

Although its not the cold that bothers me, its the walking along icy pavements with work shoes with really smooth soles on, constantly slippin. Yet to fall on my arse but its only a matter of time.
