There are many reasons why she could be a high earner, is she making money off royalties, has she got herself a sweet deal due to being in the business so long, is she making money off sponsorship. hell the money could be what she makes off investments (however unikely)

If she's making bank from her tour then fair enough like

Everything I've read in magazines (rolling stone, spin, etc) recently, her tour was wildly successful.

For girls in the late 90's early 00's Brittney is their Madonna, or girls these days Lady Gaga. For her to continue to thrive, literally all she has to do is keep up with current dance trends, insert average vocals, stay in the headlines, collect phat lewt.

Madonna has proven this for 3 decades now. She got in on a bit of breakbeat, bit of the trancy bits a few years ago, breakdowns of whatever is big in the dance community = profit.

Her career has a formula that is easy to follow and literally has no expiration date. Madonna looks like a chewed up baseball glove nowadays and she'll still push units worldwide.

Miley Cyrus is more relevant than Britney, but it's pretty obvious she will be not making anywhere near the cash Britney makes, that's not a case of relevancy, that's a case of being around long enough to get out of the shitty contracts you sign earlier in your career, amongst other things.

someone was saying she's not big anymore, pkay pulled out the numbers (income) to prove that she was. no one said her music is better than it has been or that she is deserving of her success.... it's just numbers.

and I'm saying that income that equals big doesn't equal talent
Yeah, but who on earth was saying that?

We're all agreement that Britney is balls right?

RIGHT?

RIGHT!?

Not me. I like her.

And if talent is determined by income; Mala should be rich enough to buy Mircrosoft.

If thats the case. what is your point in making a posting relating her income with how fucking big she is now ?
because the term 'past her prime' was used and this was evidence to the contrary.

Brittney didnt pick up on rusko because shes desparate to fit in and needs a career boost, She's just following the trends of the time, and im sorry if it hurts your feelings but dubstep is trendy as all fuck these days.

Dubstep fans like to make false assumptions to rationalize their feelings regarding dubsteps success.

Don't shoot me for saying this, but Britney worked a lot harder to get where she is than Mala will ever do..

EDIT: Talent is a myth.

well, if Mala had a phat juicy ass and a team of dancers, he could have done the same. I dont expect him to go crazy and run into a barber shop and cut off half a head worth of dread, either.

I love productions like this tbh, it's a skill to make music that doesn't alienate the core audience whilst incorporating elements of relatively niche genres.
