Had a dream where I woke up on a plane and Sgt. Pokes was in the seat next to me so I poked him in the arm. He was a bit miffed at this and I tried to explain it was because he was called Sgt. Pokes....
Then the plane landed but didn't look like it was going to stop in time before hitting a massive concrete structure, but then it did - like a superbike can stop on a penny type thing.
Got into the airport, killed all the CIA agents that were chasing Hanna, slipped out discreetly and made my way to DMZ.
Sgt. Pokes was talking to Mala over at the bar. He was laughing and called me over to say that he was only joking before and didn't mind being poked in the arm.... so I poked him again. Laughs all round.

what an awesome dream

Last nights dream involved being at festival watching Oneman perform.. he dropped a new Zomby tune (sounded sick) at which point I was watching the video clip for it. It involved an eccentric, dancing, unmasked Zomby.. he kinda looked like the tall guy out of little Britain when wearing makeup.. wearing a pink puffy/pirate shirt and singing along to the lyrics. Anyway suddenly I'm back at the show and I walk with Oneman and a few mates towards his cabin retreat, talking about the new Zomby video clip as we go. Anyway we get there and sit down with a few of his mates, Oneman starts chowing down on a bowl of cereal. One of Oneman's friends calls me a 'tnuc flap' and everyone at the table starts cracking up at me.. Oneman spewing cereal and milk everywhere and my mates pointing and laughing. I wake up at this point

Last week I dreamt I was in London walking down the street when I walked into some random house. When I got in I found Wiley skanking out to his own tune. I kept chilling with him for a while and made him record a drop for me. Then when I wanted to play him one of my tunes from my laptop I woke up ...

Dreamt that I met Skrillex last night. He lived in a large hut at the top of the deserted multi story carpark, and his basslines came from a converted model Yamaha DX-7 that had a larger keyboard and parameters area in the manner of a church organ.

He didn't know how to make presets and used to right down his parameters in a book each night so he wouldn't forget them.

This one was quite a while back, after my first Excision show in 07 or 08. Anyways, I remember that in my dream I went to go visit him in Kelowna to see what his setup was like. It was a sunny day. When I got there he actually turned out to be an old balding guy with white hair on a rocking chair. When I asked him how to make crazy bass he cryptically pointed to the lake that was infront of him. I went for a dive and found a giant membrane, kind of like a speaker, but more like a tarp stretched between poles or something. There were children chained to it, and they would try to run out of the lake, and it caused the tarp to go back and forth like a subwoofer.

I then asked him why he wrote everything underwater, he said it was because everyone was trying to steal his basslines, so he had to hide them.

Needless to say I haven't had another dubstep related dream since...

That is brilliant haha. I can just imagine a huge dusty book of parameters with some half shaved mongrol madly flipping through the pages. "I knew the robot yee ya yoy was somewhere here... maybe next to the robot yoy yoy womp..."

had ones a dream about a dark (no lights at all) room consisting just of a massive stack of subs. (not actually playing dubstep) - just sinewave business...

since then i have the idea of doing a second room at a party with just subs oscillating between 38hz and 50hz...

I once dreamt i was producing with youngsta which was boss as fuck although he kept telling me to put in chainsaw noises (wtf right?) and i was like nah man i swear u hate that shit and then he laughed and was like no no its great so i did then we finished the tune and i went with him to play at fabric b2b and he said to open with the new tune so i did and he pulled off his face (like in mission impossible 2) and turned out to be skrillex in disguise and i felt like an idiot and continued to play my set with only cds of skrillex tunes in my bag and for some reason i had an album of that gay Samwell guy who did that 'what what in the butt song'... more of a fucking nightmare.
