I think they were both for quaker. But I doubt it was the creator for quaker or anything. If they were I have a feeling there would have been more of them since it's kinda pointless to just do 1 or 2 votes unless that's the deciding vote for winning or losing.

That's actually an alternative soundcloud I use specifically for my more ambient oriented stuff that I don't really put out there very much. There's links to my main soundcloud in my sig though.

Thanks everyone for the votes and comments on the track, they are all very much appreciated. I honestly don't know what's going to happen with the tune itself. Might just end up being a free download or something, we'll see. I will post the track on my main soundcloud account once I get home and drop a link to it here.

Yea, the dubs forum is still very much dead compared to the production forum. Although it seems to get a bit more use now than it did a couple months ago.

well the big reason I wanted to put it in the dubs forum was to bring more people into here.

only thing is, for this venture to be successful it needs exposure!

most of the people in this place dont care about supporting the locals,
they just wana suck up their own farts, or be sheep & follow the hype of the moment.

This place is so splintered, we can't even call it a community.
Maybe I should get a famous producer to battle everyone in the next round!!

Hello i was the creator of quaker,i would just like to start by saying thankyou to everyone that voted,i never expected to get to the final and am more than happy sivertooth won because it was a veryvery good track so props to the winner.Thanks to for all the good comments,i'm not the most confident of producers when it comes to others opinions but this has showed me that i'm capable of putting out some good music so thanks peps for the confidence booster.
One last thing the first time posters had nothing to do with me,i was just blown away to get this far and will be entering all the comps on here now to better my skills.
Peace and love to everyone involved we should all be proud.

The quality in this battle was alot higher then in the first one (that's probably the reason why i stranded in the first round this time )

Definitely should be sending this one to some labels. This is a really nice tune, not just like "oh this is a good tune for a contest", but real music. (Though this contest had plenty of great tunes.)

Mine was Blood Clat btw. Out in the first round, and deservedly imo. Blue Note is the one that beat me, was a cool tune, should have gone farther I think. It's nice to see how I match up with some of the other producers on here. Still got a ways to go...

By far the best tune battle I've listened to. Pretty much every track had stuff that tickled my fancy. So much creativity in this forum, it blows my mind!
