actually, there's a trick with a glass/cup and a lighter that you can use to create a vacuum which should "pull" the tweeter out.
Obviously you can use anything, if you can make a mold that fits round the tweeter you should have your problem solved!

My girlfriends cat is diabolical. It pisses and shits everywhere. It is in a boarding hostel at the moment.
