so you're saying that the guy who said he was taking 4g a day, when he didn't want to do it, hated doing it and wants to stop doing it, was lying and it wasn't addictive to him, he just liked doing it... a lot...
and this is coming from the guy who goes to AA to not drink???
no offence mate, but dont talk to me like im an idiot lol i dont care if you do loadsa k or not, but its ruining the scene im in... when half of the new generation of dj's who're all starting to play out cant even be bothered turning up to play cos they're too ketted up, or play shit sets cos they're too ketted up, or quit makin tunes or dj'in altogether cos they take too much ket... i think we have a problem people.
weed's always been there, this isn't the same, people smoke weed and still lead fairly productive lives until they're very old, lets see how long it is people can take ket and lead productive lives... not long by the sounds of it, unless you like wearing nappies to work

What I find bizarre is that Ketamine was never sold originally as is, it was generally sold to people wanting e who by the time they realised would be in no shape to argue.
That people willingly take it is pretty nuts

i wasn't trying to argue, nor was i even talking directly to you really, i was just making fun of people who do drugs all the time but claim they're not addicted or don't have a problem with it. i guess i was kind of going off on a tangent. to be honest i didn't even read mans post about being addicted to K before i posted that ha. sorry if i came off like a dick.

i duno how far you're goin back with this, i thought ketamine had been around for quite a while, it was a designer drug in the american fashion scene at least a decade before it ever got popular here
but i could see people pullin a fast one with it, happened to my mate when he was fiendin for coke and bought a half g of someone in a club, turned out to be ketamine, he had a bad time... then a good time... then a bad time... the pictures from the night tell the story

My first, accidental, experience with K would have been about 93 and it had been sold to me as e. We kinda knew it was out there but the pills we're decent enough at the time that I never knew anyone that would actively go looking for it.

Aye!
I also think ket is a stay at home drug. Do it with a couple of mates in the privacy of your own home. I've had good times on the stuff doing exactly that, some music has made me think I was several feet taller O_O
I realise a lot of people think it is a dirty drug and dangerous, and do you know what? They're right, so is just about every drug you buy though. Some drugs are more seedy and degrading to the user than others but a large chunk of that is to do with ignorance, peer pressure, media spin and fear. If Ket started it's life as something extraordinarily expensive that only a handful of very rich and well connected people could afford or get, then the attitude would be very different again.
Am off work for three days so that's as far as I am gonna talk about drugs, am not having anything to do with them until I return to work

Um yeah it was, often used to see kids bringing in bottles of "mineral water" at work and asking me how they could apply for a loan to buy a microwave. Since it was perfectly legal then, there was very little I could do but tell them what they already knew.

I dislike it. Have no problem with people doing it though.

I used to take ket. I liked it.
Not much point doing it in a club though. You just irritate people and mong out.
I treated it in a similar way to acid/mushrooms. Hang out at a mate's all night with a few friends.
