Crusher Dub is the track that got me into dubstep.

I quite like the Surgeon remix track too.

Gunman and Bombardment of Saturn are two of my favourite tracks for introducing D&B heads to 'step. Any tune of the EP is good though. Anyone got an ETA on the next album?

Killing floor. I love that bass riff - The way it pulls back, then scuttles forwards. Genius. Almost industrial nasty.

oi, I wasn't a student Sidney! I didn't work very hard either tho....

there's no real Bristolian connection as such, even though people always think there is - it's just that Jamie from Vex'd moved down here for a lil while in 2003ish, we met and he played me some bits - this eventually led to their first tunes gettin played at FWD by J da Flex and Kode 9, and then the releases on Subtext.

yea they played Toxic Dancehall @ Black Swan in Bristol in 2004 & played a wicked set. Interestingly enough, Monkey Steak (Hanuman & Atki2) were also on the bill in the same room.

my favourite tune is probably Pop Pop, it's pure minimalist perfection, but there are others:

1 track that didn't make it onto the album in the end
Fire off the LP
Knowledge dubby mix (audio in a couple of my live sets around the place)
Angel - remember the first time a proto version of this got dropped when Jamie & me played on the Hot Flush show on Rinse. :o :o :o

such super-talented guys, lookin forward to hearin how the Vex'd sound has developed when the 2nd LP arrives.
