I noticed that the other day when I was out. Think it was when I was seeing Benga. Gotta say that even if him and skream are going alot more poppy they still pay attention to the sub bass whereas some of the other brostep tunes he played literally had none. but this is (supposed to be) dubstep. it needs bass, it's just asking for it, for me, in a lot of cases, when it comes to this brostep thing it's not that much about the midrange bullshit all over the place, but complete lack of bass, which renders them dull, boring and cheesy. which is exactly this case. I heard this on Skream and Benga's BBC show from 12th of May, and it was a huge difference to ANYTHING they played. it was just like the bass suddenly cut-off.
That said, i think this is a lot more pleasant to my ears than anything i've heard from Skrillex so far, but it's not good enough anyway
