Just going to jack this thread...so i left my headphones and ipod @ outlook with all my music collection (gutted wasn't the word)....anyways need a pair with quality sound which can withstand the morning commute...i'm happy to pay a little extra considering my last pair cost £250.....i'm becoming a bit of a audiofile geek (lossless audio) and want some that can obviously handle bass but can still get all the mids and highs clearly

^ I've used the sennheiser 280s for a while and those were way flat and I recently got the hd 25 1 ii. All I have to say is get the hd 25 1 ii. Amazing bass, amazing highs. People call them the 1210s of dj headphones so I mean. Yea.

Denon AHD2000s are considered one of the best bass tuned headphones. You could probably snag a pair for around $200 on Ebay.
