I've actually heard people talking about that, I think my mates have had it once or twice actually. Whiskey and wine...Plasmic aka Hanlo wrote:QuestionableCause wrote:anyone tried this stuff?

That shit makes me go mental. I mean really.
I drank loads of rum one evening before going out then a bottle of buckfast in the last 10 minutes before leaving.
went to see Jay 5ive and G Double and carried on with a few pints.
then went round punching people in the stomach for no reason. hugging everyone else and arguing with bouncers and generally running aimlessly round the club and being loud and annoying and making little sense
and not really remembering anything of the music.
I blame the buckfast.

$23 a bottle here, about 15 quid. But that's in Australia, so well worth it. Local off licence in Byron Bay has it haha. That price should keep the kids and tramps off the Bucky here, so no cause for social concern just yetPlasmic aka Hanlo wrote:Whats the price you guys pay for Bucky in your bit? I remember those days. £3 for a half bottle, I used to sell my dinner tickets to fund it lol.ComfiStile wrote:Plasmic aka Hanlo wrote:That much booze would drive anyone mad!! Aye usually about that, maybe a tad cheaper, but not a lot. I remember when I was 16 it was a fiver a bottle. Those were the days haha

Who has experienced any of the following Buckfast related side effects?
1) The Bucky Shudder
2) Bucky Lips
3) Slurred speech after reaching just below the neck of the bottle
4) Bucky Legs
5) Bucky Shits
May have experienced the other two aswell, but I can't be certain. Is the shudder while drinking? Or after? Or the morning after?3rdeye wrote:wolf89 wrote:

Shakes in the morning ain't a good sign. I know of people to shake because of the high caffeine content. I haven't myself though.ComfiStile wrote:May have experienced the other two aswell, but I can't be certain. Is the shudder while drinking? Or after? Or the morning after?3rdeye wrote:wolf89 wrote:

Get the shakes the morning after if that counts
