The main distinction you need to know about THC and CBD is that CBD is anti-psychotic where as THC is psychoactive. Therefore any engineered green with unnaturally high levels of THC will not have the levels of CBD to balance out the negative side-effects: depression, psychosis, schizophrenia etc

I have done a little online research into strains with more balanced levels of CBD and THC and it has been hard to find. I hate couch-lock strains- usually indica- and prefer the cerebral 'mind' high from sativa but would also like the experience the benefit/balance of CBD.

Apparently 'strawberry cough' is quite good and there are a few others. Funny how it's really easy to find the THC level of a strain but v rarely the CBD!

Anyone else got suggestions let me know!

We used to go just out of the city centre near the docks for better quality and more realistic prices.

Only rules to stick by are not to smoke on the streets unless a resident I guess.

They say FEBO is rank.... ate there a few times and didn't get ill.

I think you mean if this was in the U.K it would be rank .... I don't agree and am not slagging the place off.
I meant that locals said Febo was nasty, I ate there for a week and wasn't ill once.

I always thought that THC and CBD were balanced in a way like if you have 60% THC then you'd have 40% CBD. Is this wrong?

Yeh that's wrong, there are loads of different cannabinoids that they haven't even named yet - THC and CBD are just two of the active properties we know of

Heard Nevilles Haze is supposed to be rather serious

neville`s haze is always amazing but you can`t guarantee it`ll be the original.
If it doesn`t have the hazey smell and taste it`s just not as strong.
It`s still some of the best i`ve smoked
That and C4.

U won't find Strawberry Cough anywhere in Dam and u prob wldn't want to if ur on holiday cos i dont think its a particuarly social/party strain - compared to what else is on offer there anyway.

Stay on the Haze and go for anything with a fruit in front of the name... Pineapple, Lemon, Blueberry.. Haze or Cali Orange etc for taste. Lots of good Kush around but they are more indica strains. Cheese is good as well

I love Haze and am used to LDN strains/whats popualr ehere so im bias.

On the flip its nice to get some original strains like Skunk #1 and Original Haze or Cheese - these are more rare tho. have fun!

lol each to their own, the neville would spin me out and give me the biggest headache i don't know why.. last time iwas there my favourites were mexican haze, utopia haze, white dolphin and nepalese hash.. so i'll be eyeing up some temple balls and some nice energetic highs

Can occasionally get Neville's Haze in London... amazing smoke. Lucid as fuck too... can smoke and be active whilst fucked.

I was pretty bowled over by some of the hash in Amsterdam, tbh... I appreciate good hash more and more as I get older.
