Thank you very much, this means a lot that you have enjoyed what I am saying, I hope they made you think a little too :)

The lyrics are as follows:

Do you ever feel like each, day's the same//
I'm still yet to find the thing that's gona make it change, tell me?//
Why does it feel like I can face the pain?//
But then I end up last whenever I, play the game//
But maybe, wait. I'll find what, makes me chase//
The same mistakes, but day to day, it's like my brain is tapes//
but do you really wana make them play?//
And do you really wana see what made me james hk? and well...//
NO I don't either, So let go or, those that might see them, know I fight wars//
But now i've grown, I know that I live in a time warp//
I've lost my mind but gladly give you help to find yours//
I'm the tpye to see beauty in an eye sore//
I might be hiding find me frightened fighting my thoughts//
But did you never get warned about my sought?//
Live fast, die young, but always share what i'm taught//
I rhyme for, everyone that needs to know the stakes//
Before you break, learn you're lesson through my own mistakes//
Not looking for sympathy or trying to be a hopeless case//
But i know that i aint gona go to golden gates//
So lets hope that we can all learn to grow some day//
and think twice before deciding what we've thrown away//
Cause, i aint ever been the same since we where thrown to waste//
my heart still beats, but my blood just don't flow the same//

Enjoy :)

conservatives in this respect spend all their time moaning about the ideological leanings of the left as the leftists spend all their time moaning about the ideological leanings of the right...

nah leftists spend too much time discussing whether supporting people who are implementing practical things they broadly agree with is ideologically acceptable.

i.e. I hate how farmers in ghana aren't getting paid enough, some capitalist sets up a scheme whereby they are paid more, leftists say well we like the fact they're getting paid more but look at the other stuff this dude's done, maybe we shouldn't support him.

hangover from the soviet era imo. they care more about the party line than a lot of people on the right.

That's not a leftist or conservative thing, it's a human thing. We can be tribal to the point of ineffective no matter what tribe we belong to.

i reckon you're blinkered on this point by your bias against leftism; i) conservatives, especially neo-conservatives, especially american neo-conservatives won't even entertain socialist ideology for precisely the same reason

your assumptions in this case seem to rely on capitalism trumping a moral compass, i.e. utility and efficiency over any moral interference in policy

a response to i) could be that in the case of neo-conservatives, socialist policy is not rejected on the basis of it being ideologically opposed but on the basis that it simply costs too much to be worth it - this idea is corrupt, as is the left-wing rejection of beneficial policies because they dont like the guys implementing them

I don't have a bias against leftism, I have a bias against leftists.

similar to the way I have a bias against conservatism, but I admire the moral degeneration and bare faced corruption of a lot of conservatives.

I swear mitt romney implemented near universal healthcare when he was governor of massachusetts?

Yeah, it seems no matter how many times I tell people that I have a job, they still think Occupy protesters are all workshy scroungers. Society is a very strange place sometimes.

One of the main guys setting up on the first weekend (and still there, I believe) runs his own business and has closed for a month so he could do the Occupation. The majority of people down there without fulltime jobs are students, it seems... and I bet they're learning more outside St Pauls than they are sat at home playing on their XBoxes and watching Jeremy Kyle.

This. Plenty of signs dotted around the place and a permanent police presence... it's most definitely not a festival/party. It's in the busiest business district in the country and a massive exercise in PR for the cause... everyone's very much on their Ps & Qs!

You seen a few tins drunk by the homeless, and you can smell a spliff or two every now and then. But there's always going to be the minority who ruin it for the majority in every case.
