Im 99.9% sure he's not going to be smoking any 'pcp laced weed'. Its a myth. Why would someone spray their weed with pcp, it wouldn't be profitable.

its not PCP laced weed. people don't spray their plants with liquid PCP. they roll a joint and dip that in liquid PCP then smoke it. so you are right, sort of.

PCP is pretty concentrated to select regions, but there's some RC derivative HCL stuff around online I've seen for sale.
What he meant is no one is going to waste money like that, unless they are Denzel.
