This sounds like the storyline to a rude episode of Mr Bean. What is with the not being able to piss/shit while having an erection thing all about? How has he got to the age he is with that never happening before, you just bend the fucker down. And the pee bottles??? If this is real then this guy has the worst decision making of anyone I've ever heard of.

Yeah, some of the comments from others afterwards make it sound like he bangs on about these piss bottles all the time. Maybe he works for Coca Cola and makes up terrible stories to try and increase bottle sales. "none of this would have happened if I'd had my piss bottle".
Also he seems to think using a public toilet, even to piss, is nasty but that shitting in a bathtub is a viable option.
