The anti social sound definately needs to be portrayed more in this series. Hope its vinyl aswell because the distance one sounded flat as fuck.

Jay 5ive's been killing it recently, I'd love to see him do the next one. Those Anti-Social lads have a really cool take on the sound, I think they weave a lot of different vibes together really well.

Well one of the main production forces behind them is Kromestar, who by far the most diverse in the scene. It helps keep the "anti-social" sound fresh. I love listening to a show that includes fresh dubs from distance, joker, silkie, krome, vivek, and mala. No one else has that kind of variety

Yeah I'd like Joe Nice/Kromestar, especially because you'd probably hear these two on it:

Not to mention this:
Yep, I think any DJ that could give us a mix consisting mostly of Kromestar, Quest, Silkie, VIVEK, Mala, Distance, Jay 5ive and Joker needs to do it. That could potentially be one of the best ones ever

He gets dubs from Lost as well, another favourite of mine.

+1000000000000000000000000000000000 but i doubt it'd happen cause his bag is all crazy rare dubplates. but hey we can wish!
but i definitely second Quest, Silkie and Heny G. 3 Discs!

Joe Nice is long over due... plus he's got a diverse range of tunes to pick from so you know it's gonna be one that represents all sides of the genre. I liked Vol. 8 a lot, don't get me wrong, but it was too focused on just dungeon-esque dubstep...
and then put Mala & Vivek on the other disc
that would make me eternally happy
Quest & Silkie sounds good too but they were on Chef's disc a fair amount so I doubt it

I really haven't been feeling most of the work Kromestar has been putting out lately unfortunately. I hate to sound so negative but those tunes posted above (Circles, Monster Dub, The Lion's Theme) really don't do much for me. I much prefer his more melodic musical side (Jasmine is definitely one of my favorites of all time.) Regardless, his tear-out stuff seems to be blowing up recently, it just really wears on me after awhile.

he's a cyclical producer. bit of melodic, bit of tearout, bit of 80 bpm beats n' shit. comes and goes

What, Colourful Vibrations wasn't enough to keep you satisfied for deep melodic stuff?

V8 was ok after I started to accept that it is what it is, a long mix of the same sorta sound, it wasn't dynamic enough for my taste. I'd really like to see another double CD with MALA on one side and Loefah on the other.
Joe Nice mix would be... nice. but something tells me it's gonna be someone who produces as well.

Definitely agree about it not being dynamic enough... the Allstar compilations are cool cause they give a broad taste of what's currently going on in the scene, and while it was a good mix, Vol 8 focused way too much on the dungeon stuff...
And as much as a Loefah CD would be absolutely incredible, I don't think it's gonna happen... he's distanced himself from dubstep a little too much. Mala though...

I see your point, yea I think volume 3 was my favorite, and I've heard them all.
There's just something about the way it sounds when an MC is flowing over a seamless transition, it sound so good.
It's be sweet if one CD MALA and one CD COKI, with pokes flowing and loefah dubs in the mix.
DMZ or DIE

Shit, never even heard Monster Dub mixed into Cirlces.
They have to put the Anti-Social crew on the next one with the amount of fresh tunes they got.
