i dont think anyone is disputing the fact he's gay/bi/whatever....
Edit* looking back now i realise he posted that stuff on his tumblr... he didnt go to some tabloid to milk it for cash & exposure. i take back my earlier remarks (however i still have got a feeling that the OF marketing team will try use this to make OF not look like hate inciting homophobes)

no shit, but they have on occassion used her as an excuse for their lyrics eg: "just because we say cigarette got doesnt mean we are homophobes, we have a lesbian in our group!"

I guess he just wanted to get it off his chest, i don't listen to his music so i don't know whether there has been any speculation or rumours about his sexuality but its not a good thing to keep it a secret, the fact that some people have to keep their sexuality a secret is a problem. I think the story posted on his tumblr was a good way of letting people know.

The problem doesn't lie with Frank Ocean being bi or gay the problem is he makes terrible music.
Still big ups for him. It's not gonna be easy coming out to the hip hop scene I imagine.
