Yeah he just sampled the vocals from Mala. But just look at the responses in the youtube video of 'Changes'. This'll only spread the other side of dubstep to more people.

There are dubstep tunes, classics probably, out there that sample as lazily as that Game tune did.

Edit: the only argument you can really make here is that if Mala had sampled The Game, he would've had to pay royalties out the ass. But the Game can just jack it and be done with it. Shows the true motivations of the music industry (fuck protecting artists, we just want to protect "our" artists).

Anyways though, yesterday 2 guys from my class said I had to check out that Holy Water track and so when I heard that sample I told them to check out 'Mala - Changes' cos that's where that sample was taken from. 5 minutes later they were checking out Mala In Cuba on youtube and were absolutely loving it.

What's the big deal with this then?
