i tend to keep them in for the most part because as stated before the balls make it tighter when you go to hang your hog, making it hard to pee. the only time i hang my balls out with my hog is when i have basketball shorts on and can easily slide them down to allow for enough room to hang my hog and some balls, making for a nice comfortable piss with no restriction of the urethra, as well as cooling off my sticky sack for a few seconds.
