when you re-recorded, did you do via-CDJ or laptop?

The venue we booked told us we had til 3 to play. I was playing last and one of the bouncer comes up telling me to cut the music at half 2. After 5 minutes of a roaring match between us i cut it off cause he was about to throw me out of my own nite club (sounds weird saying that), but he was just a prick that wanted to go home early. After packing all our gear back up the manager came over and apologised for closing early and it won't happen next time. Got the venue booked for cheaper this time because of it

couple of reasons. it all makes sense now.
first off, it isn't your "nite club" - unless you literally own the club.
but let's sum things up:
- the bouncer leaves whenever he pleases, (wtf?)
- and the club manager is fine with it. (wtf!)
- they normally close around 3am, which is VERY early...
- yet nobody besides you (and your m7s) was very bothered when they pulled the plug an hour and a half earlier than usual...
- ...so it wasn't a very busy night, with a young crowd that didn't mind going home a bit earlier.
- a good club will never, ever, ever offer you a discount/bargain unless you've worked with them for a few years.
I personally wouldn't even consider talking to these guys again.
but that's just me.
by the way: spent a few weeks in ireland last summer. beautiful country you got there. connemara is da bomb.

no the bouncer doesn't leave whenever he pleases, he's getting paid to work til 3, not to start kicking people out 20 minutes early.I paid for the full service and i expected to get what i paid for.
Club manager wasnt fine with it. He wasn't there on the night he gave me a text on the night to wish me good luck and saying he was in Cyprus for some reason and left his second in commend in control, who apologised to me for all the problems that happened before we opened and then gave me the discount.
Half 2 is usually the closing time in other clubs around Dublin. One of the reasons why i choose this club to hold my, whatever you want to call it, is because the music is meant to stop at 3.
The crowd was not happy at all about my set getting cut actually, they started booing the bouncer when he was up in the booth with me, was pretty funny...
It actually was pretty busy, more people showed up on the night than i expected, we almost hit capacity when i checked the numbers with one of the bouncers! was delighted with that! The club saw the numbers we got in so they gave me the discount in hoping we would book the venue next month.

Also, I think i was one of the younger people there. The three other dj's that were playing on the night are all in their 20's, I wouldn't be surprised if i was the youngest there. Most of my friends that showed up would be 19 or nearly hitting 20 themselves
