I wouldn't listen to all the hate people spout on here mate. To be totally honest; yes your tracks are a bit of a mess, no there aren't any proper drums, no it's not mixed down very well etc etc. BUT, some of your tracks are kind of original. Keep experimenting mate, break boundaries and produce sounds that go against the norm.... this in my opinion is how decent producers carve their own style and sound.

Just put as many hours into producing as you possible can and stuff will start to fall into place.

I'd recommend working on your drums; having a sick beat will carry you tracks a lot further!

My friend's an editor for Pitchfork and he showed me a draft of a review of the new Mala album. It's mostly triangle and harmonica. There's one drum hit at the very end of the album, kinda like a closing gong. They gave it a 9.8 out of 10. Apparently points were deducted because the woman on the front cover was too "conventionally beautiful".

-Make sure that you keep some elements going from the previous part. (you can add a delay on them at the end of the first section so they go on for a while in the next one). IF you just keep some elements make sure you alter them in a way so the track wont me monoton.
-Use sweeps (make some white noise sweeps, loads of tutorials on em @ youtube or just reverse some cymbal hits).

Hawbon mate sick sounds, you've just got no rhythm in there. I do like it in a way though, but I actually prefer the first one because it's like an anti-drop all the way through

For what I think you're trying to pull off, listen to some '92-'94 jungle for how to switch build ups to breaks and so on. Here's an example...



Notice how even though elements are dropping in and out they continue in a logical way? You need to think of polyrhythms, all that stuff going on can do whatever it wants as long as it follows a natural rhythm.

Start off with your kick. Literally, start with just the kick. Clap out a rhythm then try get that pattern on the sequencer, like dubbing it live to a click then straightening it up after. Then add the next prominent element, maybe the hi-hat or something. When you have that basic rhythm pattern, start putting in other things around it, or even replacing them in the pattern. That way, you might not have a consistent rhythm, but it'll sound continuous.

Otherwise, do whatever you want and I bet you'll come up with some pretty sick avante garde stuff soon enough!

I didn't mind the transition, but think about related keys.
