If someone is vegan and doesn't want to eat junkfood, not sure a McDonalds diet would be the best thing for them.

The point was that eating junkfood itself, even daily, doesn't necessarily make you unhealthy. That junkfood doesn't have to contain meat.wub wrote:If someone is vegan and doesn't want to eat junkfood, not sure a McDonalds diet would be the best thing for them.
If can you stand eating the same thing more than once, batch cooking I find really helps.ultraspatial wrote:i'm not really worried about any of those things tbh, just that my stomach's pretty fucked and junk food's not helping. also spend way more money than when i'm actually cooking

What exercise do you currently do?deadly habit wrote:Try to fit in more time working out. Other than that doing my undergrad shit now to transfer to Cornell to go after a masters or doctorate. Eating Healthy, steering clear of the drugs. Things are going well besides wanting to lose like 30 lbs and get more toned up, can't think of much that I'm not already working on.

Walking, biking/skating once the snow finally stops. When I have time I hit the gym up and do the full gamut on the machines, otherwise just pushups/situps at home with a few other exercises I learned in the Army. I've lost like 40 lbs the last 3 months so it's just a matter of time nd effort, unfortunately school is eating up a bunch of my time.wub wrote:What exercise do you currently do?deadly habit wrote:Try to fit in more time working out. I know you have family commitments, but is it possible for you to get up 20/30mins earlier than usual and exercise then, if time is an issue?deadly habit wrote:Walking, biking/skating once the snow finally stops. Routine that's already pretty full and generally leaves me dead on my feet by the time I do homework.wub wrote:Do you have a routine, or just as-and-when?
Do you think if you wanted to badly enough, you could find time to exercise?deadly habit wrote:Routine that's already pretty full and generally leaves me dead on my feet by the time I do homework.wub wrote:Do you have a routine, or just as-and-when?
