such a banger! wish the apple vinyls were cheaper, or at least for this one to be available for dl somewhere
this is definitely some old news for everyone but was so surprised that funky dee- are you gonna bang doe was a version of siegalizer, that song was everywhere back in the day and i just figured it was grime at the time

apple is a bit overrated imho. yes it's blueprint material and all, but a lot of his rhythms were arranged in a staggering manner and come across as a bit unorganised for my taste, much prefer later artists like Ill Blu, Funkystepz etc. even though they might be considered highly "bait".

wat
fair enough i guess, but like, i love those stabby synths, and the way those rhythms all clatter about like it's been done at random but at the same time it's the funkiest beat
i didn't really get siegalizer at first but one day that rolling beat just clicked with me

i think it'd be bare harsh to call someone bait for liking ill blu haha, i think i probably have two people out of my facebook friends that'd know ill blu

apple is fucking sick. but so were ill blu, funkystepz etc. too bad they're doing shit nowadays
sure apple's tunes were similar but who cares they're great. he started doing some different things but don't think they ever came out

ultra that nb mix was greaaat, sick bassline and funky in there, couldn't find out shit about the guy except he put out riddim box (i wonder if his myspace is accurate and you can still buy dubplates off him for 20 quid)
nothing that new here, but been feeling these a lot

pretty sure this would blend incredibly well with Kelis - Trick Me. if trick me was like, 20bpm faster or sth.

Bought that and Emotions a few weeks ago. The soulful bit that the clip ends on is amazing.

One of my favorite Actress remixes, this. Which reminds me of
There was a little funky movement in Poland, the track I liked the most was Voyeur
