I think the hospitals are fair play, but the thing with parks is that they're outdoors. And people usually smoke outside of shops because they want to finish before spending money inside of the shop, so I don't get why shopkeepers give a fuck.

Dude, this was my impression of Europe in general. Everything so dope, but smelled like utter shit everywhere. One night, 3am, had to stand out in the rain when trains would come into the station, everyone would get off the train, and the whole train station would fill with smoke, like the air would go from transparent to translucent. My lungs and my eyes were so raw I literally had to stand out in the night time freezing rain.
