been using ableton for ages. i love it more than life itself.
i go by the phat conductor on the ableton board, and i design templates. you can check them out here:
http://www.ableton.com/forum/viewtopic. ... ss++juggle
and there's a video here:
http://youtube.com/watch?v=JH1Ko630Ytc
i will happily trade ableton stuff for sick dubstep tunes.
much luv

That looks awesome, I already saw it on the ableton forums... I have to check the video later with more time to understand it fully.
As much as I love Ableton, it gave me a hard time in the last days. I had some pretty bad random crashes and blue screens and I can't figure out why. Changed back to version 7.0.2. as I read that this might help.

naw man, i gotta head west and get ready for the big move.
my family are in ottawa tho, i'll be back eventually. it's just hard to find promoters in such a small city that are willing to shell out the plane fare on top of my normal fee.

Give it to me. Im stuck on 5 with no money.
Hopefully will be updating soon, but tbh, Im in no rush. I love it just the way it is, it can only be better, but its already awesome. Been on it since 3...
Ive recently pretty much scrapped Reason alltogether and use ableton almost exclusivly. I really need to install Ozone on my machine though for mastering.
For those getting stuck making loops... switch over to the Arrangement view and break the loop down into its separate pieces. Try to make a whole song out of what you already have, intro, body breakdown, etc... thats what I always used to do when I got stuck.

In Live 7 can't figure out how to get automation for lfo control in Albino/Massive.
Has automation for filters, osicillators etc.
The option for it just isnt there...
Anyone else having problems doing this??
Workaround??

it's only got 127 parameters of automation unfortunately.
we are harasing the shit out of them to fix it on the ableton board.
with reaktor you can get around it by midi learning a cc# to whatever, and in massive you can sue the macros, but i think that with albino you are fucked.
