Did this come out now, or not?! Or won't it come anymore?

question for mr. chef: in dubplate culture, at what point do producers copyright their material? ie. right after they finish a tune, or when it is signed, etc...
is this issue a result of Cotti not copyrighting his song?

PEOPLE LIKE COTTI , HAVE BEEN HERE SINCE DAY 1 , AND IF HE WAS INNIT FER THE MONEY HE WOULD HAVE GONE AND MADE ANOTHER GENRE OF MUSIC , I FOR ONE WILL BY THE BASSFACE COS I KNOW , THAT IF AND A BIG IF THERE IS MONEY TO BE MADE IT WILL GOT TO SOMEONE WHO HAS MORE THAN PAYED THERE DUES TO THE SCENE AND HELPED BRING THE SCENE TO THIS EVERGROWING LEVEL .
