i'm right there with you. i don't drink much but if i have an alcoholic drink in my hand, 95% of the time, its gin and tonic.

g&t is a fucking classy drink. idk if you've had it, but try to find some of that hendrick's gin i posted earlier. it's "a small-batch gin hand crafted in Scotland, with an 'unexpected' infusion of cucumber and rose petals." and right on the bottle it says "it's not for everyone"

i think i had that in kcmo and i have to say.....it was very nice. very very nice. i was so delighted that i didn't care it wasn't tanqueray. mmm mmmmm

there is a bar (best cocktails in the city) here in cork that does lots of different flavoured mojitos. apple, strawberry...
might hit that place later
