no matter what, this album will kill it, no matter what
Love is real is an absolute tune. I think it'd be nice if he didn't go too commercial, seeing as dubstep seems to be getting a lot of attention these days, maybe this could be a way of easing people into the sound and hopefully people will start exploring and appreciating the genrepete bubonic wrote:Love is RealApathesis wrote:Rusko?carlyX wrote: i'm hoping there's alotta variety on there.
Obviously wicked tunes if you're into it but variety?

That bizarre skweee ish remix he did recently.
Hardly a one trick pony is he?!
I'm really looking forward to an album, will be interested to see what makes it.
She has expressed a desire to retire... I'd prefer to see him work with Santogold if he were to go that route...carlyX wrote:I can see Rusko working with M.I.A, that'd be interesting.
Looking forward to this one.

any more ideas?.. do you think he'll put some that he's done with Diplo?
with it being on Mad Decent, I expect to see some electro-dub fusion happening..
Strangley enough.. I can see Rusko working with M.I.A, that'd be interesting.
Looking forward to this one.
I can see what people mean when they say things like this but personally I find a lot of ruskos newer stuff is some of the heaviest i've heard. He uses a lot of...I don't know how to put it..'bouncy' sounds or like lively happy sounds but his basslines are absolute filth. I think his day and night remix and woo boost etc are very hard to beat for the phatness of the drops. Maybe antiserum, chase and status and a few others come close but the mans an absolute genius!afriiqaa wrote:i hope he does. would be kinda interesting to see how the mainstream takes to it. I like what hes doing. not focusing on making the most grimy tunes. Clubstep is a nice change to the dirtShould be sick, just hope he doesn't go too 'commercial' crowd pleasers for the album and comes in with the dirt.
He’s the perfect dubstep guy because he sees that it’s bigger than just playing in basements
