Pete Rock and Premier are top notch. Really like Prefuse 73 and Flying Lotus too. Does MF Doom count? I don't know if he actually produces or if its Dilla who does his tunes.

dilla didn't do any DOOM tunes apart from the yet to be released 'DILLA GHOST DOOM' stuff - but yeah the self produced stuff and the madlib stuff that DOOMs done has been sick. plus that tune he made for ghostface on more fish (alex stolen script) was quality too.

also, nottz (a bit G Unit-y but sick nonetheless) and just blaze

buckwild from black moon

and mad shame on you lot for not mentioning dj evil dee.

dunno about all that wishy washy uk hip hop though. some task force was ok i suppose and lewis parker is rad still (his stuff on the ghostface album is killer). as far as home grown stuff goes though, it's all about the early 90s stuff like White Child Rix from Gunshot. Stuff like Silver Bullet and Hijack (kamanchi sly went on to do garage with his brother: DJ Pied Piper :o )

Like a couple of guys have already said: Sixtoo. Well, he's calling himself Robert Squire again these days. And the stuff that Megasoid are doing is SHITTING ALL OVER EVERYTHING ELSE. No fucking with this boy. Oh no, there's really no fucking...

I really like the live album which BusDriver and Daedelus did together, I think it works quite well, daedelus needs to produce more hip hop.
