sennheiser 600
some sort off headphone amp
and mixing desk

I have been doing some research on headphone amps myself. These might be interesting to you...
XM5 portable, the size of a credit card but thicker obviously. Can run off of batteries or power supply. Is a DAC also via USB. Seems like a great value for under 300.

PA-10 is a TUBE headphone amp and phono pre. 200 bucks!

There is also a DIY solution which I might try. Parts will be under 50 bucks.

Safe. I am about to look into this. I have heard the name thrown around in the headphone forums. I may need something to drive 600ohm cans as I have a lead on a set of vintage AKG's.

-a studio desk, cuz mines made out of plastic and shakes all over the place, and its warping where my laptop sits on it haha
-a cheap desktop pc with 3gigs of ram
-a better sub
-decent headphones
-some cable ties or something
-healthy snacks and a lot of water
-nicotine patches (lame, but yeah, this would make my workflow more continuous)
now i just need to make some cash

Almost perfect for me, Would have liked a 3 band EQ, but then again with the amount of knobs and the ability to program your own presets for it it has that covered pretty much.
Now all I have to do is step up my game in robbing old people to buy one
