I meant it more as that flylo feels more like the daddy of actual glitch-hop (even though his stuff isn't really consistant glitch-hop either, arg), but couldn't leave dilla off the list because, well, if you like most of this stuff, you're gonna like him too.

dilla was a master at what he did, I agree. I recently realised he produced most of q-tip's Amplified and have enjoyed rediscovering that shit all over again

Likewise on the Eero Johannes... def a lil more than just Skweee with his use of samples in his productions and the overall cleanliness of his productions. That album is off the hook.

ill-esha, you got some mad tracks and mixes. theres also some more downtempo glitch like seda from cali. more experimental though. less of the hop. also bil bless or skeetaz.

Been doing this too....but really only checking Vintage and Welcome 2 Detroit. Those two are my fav joints...the basics...yet still beyond a lot.

My focus right now has been split between Donuts and Ruff Draft... "workin on it" - so simple and so mindblowing to me... "nothing like this" too... so much good stuff!

Thats one of the ones I dont own... Ive only heard it once. Was gonna buy it last weekend but it was out of stock when I went to the store. Guess I could snag it online.... theres some albums though that I still want all the goodies that come with. I liked it first listen, but havent really digested it yet.

from listening to dudes like Ras G, Hudson Mohawke, Fly Lo, and Mike Slott. where does glitch mob fall in there? since its now a genre, I would like to know what makes it considered "glitch hop".

oh and im surprised that Prefuse 73 isnt popping up as much as it should. even tho hes really experimental I remember him being one of the first dudes getting really wacky on beats n whatnot.
