Austin is a great scene.
I'm more of a spectator in Austin, compared to other ventures, but I've rarely gone to a show in Austin and not had a good time. For the cities size and location they bring in as good of talent as could be expected and the crews put on quality shows.

I got love for austin. they been playing the track i did with chasing shadows (track in sig) a lot out there. been booked a couple times. good scene

Austin is wikkid, I played out there for the Mad Classy Crew @ Barcelona a few months ago when I was touring the states and it was one of my favourite gigs...

I'm going to be down there feb. 25th to mar. 2nd. any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. I'm planning on moving to austin from the midwest this summer.
