Nope nothing damaged - the GFs breadmaker miraculously escaped any punishment thank fuck, wouldn't have heard the end of it - so hopefully this'll all get sorted quickly with a bit more landlord earbashing.

Well if you're talking psychological damage, then there's tonnes obviously. I'm quite a fragile minded chap tbh, this might just push me over the edge.
