Hmm going to have a think on this. i couldnt name one straight up but would have selection across the board.
Take Time is my most rinsed tune of the year I think
Hoes remix and Poliwhirl on the more 130 vibe would be in there
Dark0 and Murlos output in general
The man waits by Mr Mitch
The moleskin EP.
Riko dan version of black dragons
Mumdance, Logos & Rabit 'Inside The Catacomb'
Im sure theres loads more I cant bring to the front of my mind. That new Gage bit is massive as well, would have rinsed that had it came out in the summer.
Edit: actually yeah I think it would be Take Time in an overall sense. I kind of forgot how much I have kaned it

underclass - rinse compressor
came out yesterday
Probs dis one or strings hoe
Murlo came through hard at the end of the year though - the rinse EP, tune on Certified Connections, starting an NTS show, tune with Deadboy etc.
& in the rhythm & gash booty he's got one of the hardest dubs about atm
The beneath EP on PAN was fucking gully too

In terms of best producer Murlo would get my vote all day long, probably outside of the '130' restrictions too. Hodge & Commodo up there too.
I can't be the only one who thinks tunes like these shouldn't have a "classic" dubstep formula arrangement (32bars intro, 124bars first drop, 16bars interlude...)
