went to a place called sweatshop in finchely and was seen by someone who was far too technical for my liking

he had me running on a treadmill filming my feet ffs to tell me "my running style". when he offered me custom molded insoles for half the price of the creps i nearly burst out laughing.

anyway ended up walking out with a pair of new balance running shoes (i wanted the comfortable nikes but i was told they weren't right for me )



no more air max runs

now all i need is some colourful skin tight lycra and i'll blend in completely with the guys that run near my house
