When I was 14 once a pot plant started growing in my garden, probably some bird back from south america shat out the seed. Me and my dad took it in and grew it on the kitchen counter but I didn't consider trying to harvest from it lol.

It's barely anything to do with MAAD City either, it's just a whack tune with the vocal played really quietly in the background. Without that barely-noticeable vocal, and a tenuous reason to call it a harmonimix, nobody wold give a single fuck.

Take away the vocal and remove his name, would it even get a look?

i think that about a lot of music nowadays, remove the name and say it's from some random unknown producer and noone would give a shite

original is pretty meh as well so...

Whatever you think of the original you have to understand why people love it

there's literally no reason to like that tune, it sounds like what you make when you're bored and can't be arsed to make an effort.

Saw some vinyl on redeye recently, as "Unknown (big name producer)". The tune was utterly whack, but it sold out.

Unless you mean just a producer that nobody knows. Get what you mean though, there are people that will buy any shite based on the name.
