It feels like Ive been watiing for League of Shadows for an eternity. Great combo those 2....recommend picking up the Burning Shadows LP on Exit as well (despite what the dipshits at Resident Advisor says). Not as good as Consequence - Test Dream, but def. didnt deserve the 1 or 2 (cant remember) out of 5 rating the idiot gave it.

That album does not have a weak tune.

RA gave burning shadows 1 or 2 out of 5? That's a surprising result... I often think a lot of reviewers don't bother properly listening to what it is they're writing about!

Had to look it up again on RA, but yeah it was 2 out of 5. Think one of the posts in the comment section describes the entire RA philosophy:
"Bad Luck, Loxy+Resound. Your album arrived months after RA decided that drum n bass wasn't that bad, and we are back to that 'it isn't cool anymore' attitude again. With the pathetic introductory parragraph again."

Yeah, that pretty much sums it up.
Also lol'd at the reviewer dude saying he's waiting to review the new cyclon ep for ages, like his opinion is some how universally relevant. Never got why people bother reading reviews in a serious manner. I mean, you can listen to it yourself. Why would you need someone else to describe the album to you and/or tell you what's cool/worth buying etc.?

not exactly "dark" but definitly deep and incredibly atmospheric. Those 808's hit so perfectly. This tracks been stuck on a loop in my car for a while now.
