Sorry if this might be a dumb question, but what's the difference between a record jacket and sleeve? I want to preserve my records as best as possible, and I think layering the record with a inner sleeve and then put it in the original sleeve. I heard outer sleeves are for preserving the artwork though. Is double layering inner sleeves good though, like getting a fitted 12" sleeve and put it in the one that you got with the record?

I wrap all of my records and sleeves in cling film to preserve them properly

but seriously, what sleeves are best for anti-static, preservation, and the show of the label while still managing to fit it in the original sleeve all in one?

lol racist cab drivers are always fun. took a cab once and the driver started ranting about how gypos should be boiled alive; then tried to pick up gypo hookers for both of us

i once had a pakistani cab driver who spent the whole journey telling us about why pakistanis hate indians, once we got to where we were going we sat in his car for like 10 extra minutes while he told us the history of it lol
