I'll give these a shot. I took bought Jack3d a few weeks ago and tried one scoop to see hwat it does and... it didn't do anything. That's after not having used ANY stimms for at least 2 months.
With flavors like 'Lunatic Lemonade' and 'Malicious Melon' I don't see how I couldn't try this shit

If u take Pre workouts u prolly also only work out ur arms, stare at urself in the mirror with ur wife beater on, and throw your dumbells on the floor post set

and if you put the weights down gently after your set you're probably not working hard enough.

I'm finally REALLY starting again in january. Got all my supps in (the least important aspect of working out, mind you). Whey, casein, fish oil, flaxseed oil annnd this'll be my first time using beta-alanine (it's got some decent science behind it!) and creatine hydrochloride (a lot of great reviews for it).
Any experiencing with either beta-alanine or creatine hydrochloride?

Haven't used creatine but hear its pretty bad for your kidneys. Just eat more red meat instead m8.

Naw it isn't. You should just drink it with lots of water. It's really good for you, not only for your workouts, but also for your brain. Everyone would be wise to supplement with it

I am SO SORE. Never been this sore in my life. But it was an amazing workout. Though in hindsight, I shouldn't have taken a preworkout on my first workout since AUGUST (and even then I'd only gone like 4 or 5 times, bit of a false start) and probably shoulda prepared more.
No damage or anything and I did everything in proper form, but fuck I just cannot move.
And the eating, oh god. I was forcefeeding myself for 3 hours last night.

Take some L-Glutamine to help your recovery.
I do it after any workout.
Really makes a big difference.
