i am so fuckin confused by how to get redeye to ship pre-orders together. how can you tell when each pre-order has been released and how can how can you get some of your reserved items to ship but not others???

just email em man, best bet. they're really good at sorting it in my experience.

new system is absolutley bollocks. I loved how I could have an order sitting at neatly £31, knowing that once all the items were available, I'd get it shipped and wouldn't have to worry about import tax. now, I gonna have a huge-ass shipment costing me top dolla because the goods' value largely exceeds CHF50 (usually somewhere between £32 and £34).

was a terrible downer once I caught that. and I don't feel very comfy messaging them to ship that shit in parcels of 30quid each lol.

yeah they've sorted an order for me before, but i want to understand the system so i don't need to email Tom repeatedly, and he didn't explain the system to me when i emailed him, he just kinda fixed it.

You can tell if your pre-ordered items have been released if it is no longer in the Outstanding Pre-Order Items section.



If you ask for your reserved items to ship it will ship all of the ones they have available straight away and non released items will just sit there until it's available and you request for it to be shipped.

So what I understand is that it's impossible to have a pre-order 'automatically ship' along with selected, already released items as soon as that pre-order is released? This is the main thing I want to do

You'd basically just have to check everyday to see when it's been released

no longer possible. which was the #1 reason for me to shop at redeye.

Damn well that sucks. The way they coordinate the way you pay for shipping with your pre-orders is also quite glitchy. I recently received a package with two records which were ordered at separate times, and I paid for single record shipping on both of them, ie I didn't get the discount for having two records shipped in one package
